DESIGN The tow stands have been replaced by a steel fabricated structure. This ensures better alignment of the machine and the vibrations are reduced to a minimum. Oil collecting arrangement has also been incorporated in this structure thus avoiding the addition of an extra oil Tank. The End body and Cone body have been integrated to form a single joint body as on the gear box side. The joint body is cast, machined and bored in one settings and thus giving perfect alignment. The chances of variations in thickness of cake are reduced to a minimum. GEAR-BOX The gear box has been redesigned by making it extra heavy and splitting in two pieces. The intermediated gear set has also been fitted in side this gear box. Thus the gears are totally enclosed inside the joint body and the gear box . This reduces the noise in the machine and increase the life of the gears, changing of gears and pinions has also become a easier in this design. The male-female fitting in the two parts of gear box ensures perfect alignment. KETTLE The design of cooking kettle has also been changed for better cooking of the seed. The kettle shaft is drived with a pair of V-belt with special tightening arrangement. The prevents suppage of V-belts and this increases its life. The reduction gear to run the kettle has also been provided with an oil bath to increase its life. OUR KEY TO PERFECTION Before final painting of the machines, the same are given a trial run by our expert Engineers to ensure fool proof alignment and smooth running. All our machines are guaranteed against manufacturing defects to give a trouble free service. To cater the demands of small units specially in Rural and remote areas GURU TEG is pleased to introduce 6 Bolt Oil Expeller. This machine can very economically Crush seeds like Mustard, Ground Nut, Jatropha, Palm Kernel, Cottonseed and Sesame & Sunflower etc. Fool proof alignment of the machine is achieved by boring the joint body on a boring machine. This machine is fitted with heavy duty bearing to take up the thrust load and light running of the machine. The parts subject to wear and tear are hardened and tempered. The gears are having cross cut teeth for noiseless running. Loose jam pulleys have been fitted with ball bearing. The machine has been so designed that the main shaft can be taken out without disturbing the gear arrangement thus saving the time at the time replacing the worn out worms. Heavy duty camber of 25mm thick plate is fitted with heavy duty frame bars and allen bolts from proper crushing of the seed. Water cooled chamber to get more pungency in the oil can also provided on demands. The Design of the kettle has also been changed. The kettle shaft is derived with v-belt & special tightening arrangement. The reduction gear to run the kettle has also been provided with an oil bath to increase its life. Round steam kettle can also be provided at extra cost for proper cooking of the seeds. 

The neutralizer capacity is planned for processing of oil and fats along with higher free fatty acid for faster heating to desired temperature and for successful separation. Qualitative motor gearboxes are mounted to suit continuous rating and provide hassle free life long service.

Guru Teg Filter Presses have been developed on the most modern lines. The plates are close grain castings, accurately machined on a special Vertical Auto Lathe, Filed ground to ensure leak proof fitting rigidity an longer service. The frame plates are slotted to ensure proper fitting in the bodies. This ensures compactness of machines and avoids breakage of the bolt. Special threaded sockets are fitted in the plates to fit the cocks. These sockets can be easily replaced when the thread wears out. This gives longer life to the main plates. A single piece steel Fabricated compact safety valve cum Air Vessel and pressure Gauge Assemble can also be provided for mounting on the INLET line of the machine at extra cost. Ratchet gear can also be provided for mounting on the INLET line the machine at extra cost. Ratchet gear can also be provided for proper tightening of the plates. The filter press is quite suitable for use in Oil Mills, Oil Refineries, Vegetable Plants, Sugar Mills and Chemical Industries

The frame is made of Mild Steel Sheet made rigid by angle Steel Roller Type chain fitted with seamless pressed steel Buckets cast Iron sprocket wheels are mounted on shaft supported by double row self - aligning Ball bearings. The take-up arrangement is at bottom for easy erection and correct tensioning of the chain. The buckets are spaced at suitable distance. The top shaft is extended for drive purpose.
