The Relax Dryer offered is one of the most economical Dryers ever made in the history of Tubular Knitted Processing Industry. This machine has many salient features. To name a few: The insulation of the machine is designed to give minimal heat losses. The Air circulation is a unique system wherein it produces symmetrical air flow with absolutely minimal pressure drops. The re-circulated air is filtered, heated and blown back into the system by high performance blowers. The air nozzles are designed for uniform air distribution in the chamber and above all are very maintenance friendly. Further, the air vibrating cushion ensures that the fabric gets maximum relaxation and crease free character. The machine comes equipped with exhaust system with butterfly valves for controlling the moist air removal. The machine has a variable speed drive for its conveyors and all its blower motors are invertor driven. An elaborate overfeed system is available at the feed side and an invertor driven conveyor with a plaiter is available at the delivery side thereby giving the processor all the options for a total shrinkage control solution from the machine.

Flash Dryer is used to reduce moisture content from 25 % to 10 % which is suitable for briquetting. With the help of furnace, heat is henerated for drying the material. By screw conveyor, raw material is transported in to pneumatic conveyline in the presence of the hot air. Dried material is collected by cyclone. Flash drying is a pre-process to densification much like grinding. Flash dryer is used for suspension drying of powdery, ground or granulated material such as saw dust, coir pith and Bagasse pith which are usually materials with moisture content of 35% of less. We also have flash drying technology available for drying of wet materials such as press mud, Bagasse (sugar cane stalk), distillery dry grain soluble (ddgs), spent wash and saw dust etc having moisture contents up to 60%. For that purpose, concentric column turbo dryer (CTD) is used. Our basic turbo dryer system consists of Screw Conveyor, Feeding Hopper, Vane Guide, Conveying line including insulated drying column and conveyor through which wet or moist material is transported in the presence of hot air to the cyclone. A powerful low pressure centrifugal fan assures sufficient resilience time for complete removal of excess moisture. Material is discharged through cyclone by means of a Rotary Air Lock.

The centrifugal driyer provides most effective method for the rapid drying of small components in bulk. The articles are placed in a removable pertected basket. In operation the basket is rapidly rotated and intereaction with air results in quick drying.
