Intexfab Industries manufactures and develops technical Nonwovens that are used in the footwear Industry. Due to our Technical Expertise in this field, we specialize in tailor making Nonwovens to suit our Footwear clients requirements. Besides Nonwovens, as described in the fabrics section we also also provide Lamination Services and Fabrics to our Footwear Clients

Our felt Sheets and Rolls are available in widths upto 1.5 meters. Our Felt is manufactured from the best wool and is of highly reliable quality. This can be used as cleaning, padding, wicking, grease distribution, heat insulation, sealing or polishing. We stock felt in a variety of qualities, widths, thicknesses and densities for all applications. We offer Felt Sleeves and Rollers for multiple applications. Our sleeves have high liquid retention and can sustain high temperaturs and pressures. These properties make them ideal for various applications in Leather, Metal and Textile Processing Industries.

Our Flap wheels can be manufactured in three varities: Felt alone Felt and abrasive paper(Emory paper) combo Felt and leather combo. These Felt Flap Wheels are available in standard sizes of 120 x 20, 120 x 25, 110 x 20. Besides these sizes we can also manufacture them in custom sizes as shown in the photographs above. Our flap wheels are commonly used to polish TPU and TPR Soles and finish Leather goods such as Belts, Bags , Purses and Wallets.

To make your manufacturing process easier, we offer ready to use cut components of felt. This way, you do not go through the tedious process of felt sheet cutting. Our Felt Bobs are regularly used in the stone, metal, glass and leather processing Industry. These are available in the standard sizes of 4”, 5”, 6”, 7” & 8”. Non-standard sizes can also be made on order. We possess the ability to manufacture specially processesed extra hard wheels (Tuff-quality) as well.
