    VERTICAL DRYING MACHINE FOR TUBULAR FABRIC OPERATION PROCESS : Tubular fabric which has been hydro Extracted is mounted through two pairs of driving loading rollers. This fabric falls down on the drying tube. During this process, moisture from the fabric starts to be carried away by the steam heated air coming out of the perforated holes on the drying tube. Average of drying 50 to 75 kgs. per hour/per tube.  When the mounting of fabric is completed, the operator may pass the fabric through the two pairs of driving unloading rollers. 4. ADVANTAGES: The advantage of this machine is that consumption of steam is very low. Steam pressure required 8 kgs. Tube heated by steam blower. Loading and unloading rollers are driven by D.C. Electric motors with control pannel for adjustment of the thickness of fabric. During the process, the fabric takes the shape of a bloom and there is no possibility of any folding or twisting of fabric. The operation of the machine is very simple and even untrained operator can work the machine. REMARKS: It is recommend that the height of the shed of the factory should be at least 180 In. (457.2 Cms) Average height of machine is 145 In. (368.3 Cms.)

Ludhiana Dyeing Machinery Works is a Hosiery Processing Machinery manufacturing unit.
The company was born in 1972. It was established by Mr. Makhan Singh with a vision to be amongst the top processing machinery-manufacturing units in India.
This dream of being the best took shape slowly and his brother Mr. Ravinder Singh took upon himself a challenge to make LDMW, a company to remember.
The area chosen was the Processing Segment for Tubular Knitted Fabrics and a steady pace of research and development saw the birth of a number of machines being made for the first time in India. To name a few: Vertical Pole Dryer, Vertical Tubular Calendar Machine for Man made fabrics, Pleat Calendar Machine, Compactor and Magnetic Stretcher for Compactor and Double Nip Squeezer.
