To cater the demands of small units specially in Rural and remote areas GURU TEG is pleased to introduce 6 Bolt Oil Expeller. This machine can very economically Crush seeds like Mustard, Ground Nut, Jatropha, Palm Kernel, Cottonseed and Sesame & Sunflower etc. Fool proof alignment of the machine is achieved by boring the joint body on a boring machine. This machine is fitted with heavy duty bearing to take up the thrust load and light running of the machine. The parts subject to wear and tear are hardened and tempered. The gears are having cross cut teeth for noiseless running. Loose jam pulleys have been fitted with ball bearing. The machine has been so designed that the main shaft can be taken out without disturbing the gear arrangement thus saving the time at the time replacing the worn out worms. Heavy duty camber of 25mm thick plate is fitted with heavy duty frame bars and allen bolts from proper crushing of the seed. Water cooled chamber to get more pungency in the oil can also provided on demands. The Design of the kettle has also been changed. The kettle shaft is derived with v-belt & special tightening arrangement. The reduction gear to run the kettle has also been provided with an oil bath to increase its life. Round steam kettle can also be provided at extra cost for proper cooking of the seeds.
