Belt reinforcement consists of galvanized steel cord and core rubber which possesses superior adhesive property. Belt body comprises the reinforcement covered with top and bottom rubber layers. Steel cord is composed of left and right twisting wire and arranged evenly and longitudinally in the belt.   The basic strength material is steel cords placed at fixed pitch, core compound and cover compounds are added in pre-formatting process under constant tension. The core rubber ensures adequate penetration among the steel cords. This will minimise the corrosion of steel in case of any damage to the belt.
