We have complete in-house facility to manufacture these from the selected raw steel. With manufacturing experience of over 35 years, we have fine tuned the process control. It enables us to deliver excellent product with consistent performance. We have established the procedure so that our thread rollers meet or exceed specifications mentioned inBIS 8405.   We also regularly supply thread rollers for Acme, Trapezoidal, Rope Thread, Buttress, Knuckle & Worm threads as per ISO / DIN / JIS / ANSI and customer specifications. Special attention is paid to minimize lead & profile errors. We can supply thread rollers upto Ø320 mm diameter and 250 mm length, with pitches as little as 0.25 & as large as 12.7 mm. We also supply Helical through feed rollers for machines without tilting spindles or where helix angle is larger than machine limit. Currently we have three ranges of thread rollers to suit all types of jobs.   General Grade Premium Grade High-Performance Grade

Crushing type dressers for thread forming on grinding wheels. These are stocked in semi-finished condition for machines like Matrix, Reishauer, J & L, X L O, Newall & ELB. The profile on the dresser can be ground to any standard thread or any type of profile grinding. These dressers are made with calculated dirt grooves so that debris does not stick to the wheel while dressing & to eliminate the impression of the grooves

Chasers for Landis type die head machines are available in stock. Ground thread chasers can also be made on order.

Dies with custom and special thread can be made from HSS materials for superior performance.

We have also developed rollers for Pulley Rolling Machine [Leifeld]. FEATURES Upto Ø 200 mm diameter Surface coating to minimize abrasion Shorter lead time. Available in HSS M2 in ground form

We also manufacture ground thread lead screws for machine tools such as nut tapping, grinding machines and special purpose machines.

Knurling rollers such as Diamond Knurling, Cross Knurling, Helical Knurling and straight knurling are very conveniently possible on thread rolling machines fitted with backlash removers.
