We specialize in manufacturing and supplying variety of thread rolls as per customers specifications and requirements. Our assortment of products caters to any and all models of thread rolling machines. All our products are manufactured by us are as per international quality standard. These thread roll are used on thread rolling machine. These rolls comes in set of two and three pieces manufactured from D2,D3 and M2 Material to suit any type of machine. For any specification of thread such as ISO Metric Din Whiteworhth America, Trapozodical, Acme etc.   

We have complete in-house facility to manufacture these from the selected raw steel. With manufacturing experience of over 35 years, we have fine tuned the process control. It enables us to deliver excellent product with consistent performance. We have established the procedure so that our thread rollers meet or exceed specifications mentioned inBIS 8405.   We also regularly supply thread rollers for Acme, Trapezoidal, Rope Thread, Buttress, Knuckle & Worm threads as per ISO / DIN / JIS / ANSI and customer specifications. Special attention is paid to minimize lead & profile errors. We can supply thread rollers upto Ø320 mm diameter and 250 mm length, with pitches as little as 0.25 & as large as 12.7 mm. We also supply Helical through feed rollers for machines without tilting spindles or where helix angle is larger than machine limit.
