The main Shaft Of the Expeller is water cooled and is of alloy steel construction, fitted with High Pressure Worms, hard faced, with a highly wear resistant chromium cobalt alloy. The worm arrongement has been designed to expel the maximum oil from oil bearing seeds. Shaft Withdrawal The main worm shaft con be withdrawn very easily without disturbing the gear section in any way. Pressing worms and collars can be arranged without disturbing the main shaft. Pressing Worm Assembly High pressure Worms made from hard faced alloy steel are designed and arranged to extract maximum oil from the seeds. Gear Box & Lubrication It is equipped with tripple reduction helical gears made from single piece Alloy Steel Casting dipped in oil bath.All the shafts, gears, gudzeons etc. run on anti friction roller and ball bearings.A self contained lubrication arrangement has been provided. The cake discharge Thickness of the cake can be controlled on the running machine. An oil discharge conveyor is fitted along the full length of the expeller having right and left hand flights to deliver the oil to central point. The drive is from the main gear box. Cooker/Kettle Multilevel Cooker with steam conditioning jackets and proper arrangement for controlling the inlet and outlet of steam is provided with independent gear box. Steel Structure for Cookers and Motor Control Cabinet Are provided as standard accessories.

Features: (Heating Kettles) are used for proper heating and conditioning of the oil seeds prior to expelling. Controlled heat and moisture open up the oil bearing cells for maximum oil yield. CONSTRUCTION These Cookers are oll steel fabricated with steam heated jackets for each compartment. These jackets are suitably welded with studs and hydraulically tested before assembly. All compartments except the top one are provided with hinged doors for easy access. HEATING Steam jackets are indirectly heated by steam and cookers are complete with necessary fittings i.e. valves, pressure gauges, relief valves, steam traps and thermometer. Bottom stage insulation of the Cookers avoids un-necessary heat losses. Insulation can be provided at extra cost. MOISTURE ADDITION Open steam spray is provided for bottom compartment of smaller cookers and for other sizes at the top and bottom compartments. CONTROL Seed temperature,refention time in each stage, moisture content and depth are easily controlled. DRIVE The vertical shaft carries biparted agitators for each compartment and is driven from an independent electric motor through V-Belt and vertical cooled worm type speed reduction gear box. STEAM CONSUMPTION Higher figures are for starting up and the lower figures are for steady running.

Boiler is used for steam generating purposes in oil mills.
