Recipe: Make a paste of meat masala adding salt and vinegar according to taste together with ginger-garlic , mix this with mutton pleces and keep for some time, Heat oil in a pan or kadhai fry onions. Add ginger-garlic paste-meat pleses sauté it for ten minutes when meat starts leaving oli add water and cover it for cooking.Now add tomato puree, green chillies,coriander leaves ,bay leaves and cook for 5 minutes adding little red chillies, cinnamon and cloves. Garnish with slices of tomato,onion green coriander leaves. INGREDIENT :- Coriander, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger Powder , Big Cardamom, Bay Leaf Nutmeg, Mace, Chilli, Fenugreek, Salt Clove etc.
