Recipe: 500 g Fresh Paneer , 50 g paneer Masala , 2 Tomatoes Juice or equivalent Ghee,Add 50 g Paneer Masala in water and make thick paste .Boil 3 tablespoon Ghee and pour the masala paste ,futher add one cup water and cook it on medium gas ,till becomes in golden colour ,Add tomato juice or puree and leave it simmer for some time . Add 100 Khoya (Mawa) in the same masala and keep it on gas for some time.Now finally mix sliced paneer pieces in, the cooked masala compound. Add one glass water .Allow it to cook on gas for ten minutes. Now paneer is ready to serve .Add green Dhania leaves before serving. Enjoy the royal taste.
