We have EDM Spark erosion machine in our company and our nature of work is, for plastic and rubber products mold profile formation work is done in mold metal with this machine. Mold profile formation means the products shape and size is exactly machined in mold metal. when plastic or rubber is heated to paste and injected in the mold profile portion of mold metal, we get the end result of production output to manufacture plastic or rubber products. In addition, we complete the chromium plating work in the mold profile portion of mold metal, to improve the surface finishing and quality of manufactured plastic or rubber product.
