Mixing ProcedureFor 1 kg of texture product 200ml to 400ml of clean water is mixed (depending upon the type of texture coat) to give proper paste like consistency. Now the paste is ready to apply.   Sandtex Sandtex type texture is applied with trowel or putty knife of large size.   Rust-Off is a surface conditioner and primer that changes rust into a dark protective polymer coating. It chemically converts existing rust into an inert coating that seals out moisture to prevent future rusting. The black polymer coating withstands weather, sun, water and salt spray without peeling or cracking - even without painting. This Rust-Off is an excellent primer for any type of paint. Protect iron and steel surfaces quickly and easily with chemical rust conversion.Rust-Off is an alternative surface preparation to laborious sand blasting, grinding etc.   Directions   Shake or stir well before using. Protect hands with Chemical-resistant gloves, and eyes with safety glasses. Remove any large scale particles with a brush or hammer and clean the surface of grease and dirt. Apply this Rust-Off by brushing, rolling or spraying. The coating will dry to a smooth and darkened finish in 20 minutes. For optimum weather resistance apply a second coat 24 hours after the first coat has dried.   Wall, Patio& Roof Cleaner   Mold is a type of fungus. It grows on surfaces in masses of branching threads which resemble dense cobwebs. The fertile threads, those which produce spores, often stand up from the surface into the air to release their spores. Spores are carried by air currents or by adhering to insects or animals. Active mold can be any color, depending on the species and the substrate upon which it is growing.       Mildew is another type of fungus, similar in structure to mold, but distinct as one species of fungus is distinct from another. The terms "mildew" and "mold" are not interchangeable; they are most often used in the common names of various fungi. Fungi is a kingdom of organisms, with a single division, Mycota. The fungi have traditionally been classified with plants but are now considered a distinct group of organisms.       Unlike plants, which produce their own food, fungi absorb nutrients from dead or living organic matter. Fungi also lack photosynthetic pigments. There are over 100,000 known living species of fungus, some of which are beneficial to mankind. Mycologists estimate that there may be as many as 200,000 more unidentified species of fungus. Yeasts, molds, mildews, rusts, and mushrooms are types of fungus.       The spores of fungi that become mold or mildew are always present in the air and on objects. When the temperature and moisture in the environment are suitable for germination, the fungus spore bursts and grows into a thread-like filament called a hyphae. Using the object it is growing on as a food source, the hyphae form a mass, called a mycelium, and within a short time begin to produce spores. At maturity, spore sacs burst and release spores, which eventually land on other material and begin the reproductive cycle again.       Unsightly black mold growth is a common problem in many homes. To remove the mold, Mold Bio-Wash ( Wall, Patio & Roof Cleaner) wipes out black mold in one easy application. Mold Bio-Wash (black mold killer) is the perfect pre-treatment, can be used as either a wall / Roof or a Patio Cleaner and can be used to sanitise and clean surfaces before applying a resin sealer patio and roof coatings or recolouring product such as Glamour - Anti-Mould Roof Paint or TIC - Thermal insulation coating or any other similar conventional emulsion.                     Mold Bio-wash   Wall,Patio & Roof Cleaner   Mold Bio-Wash Wall , Patio & Roof Cleaner is a super concentrate moss killer and patio/roof cleaner, dilute with water to make a highly effective surface cleaner and biocidal wash which can be used in conjunction with either a deck scrubber or pressure washer on either Walls , Patios or on Roof Tiles. Kills moss, green mould, lichens and more. Use on Walls, Block Paving, flag stones, imprinted concrete, Roof Tiles, Patios and more. Simply scrub or pressure wash and then rinse with a hose.   It is a deeply penetrating, aqueous biocidal solution which removes molds,algae, moss and lichens from external surfaces like patio, roof or walls. It can be used to restore the natural colours of an existing external surfaces or as a preparation to improve the adhesion quality for a proposed decorative coatings. It destroys all micro organisms due to its synergistic formulation which displays a large spectrum of activity and maximum efficiency of treatment.   How to Apply?   Dilute 1 Part Mold Bio Wash with 4 Parts of clean water . Apply the dilute Mold Bio-Wash with a sponge/Brush or absorbent cloth liberally over the affected area and allow at least 5 - 6 hours to activate, then wipe off with a damp sponge or cloth. It is preferable to leave the surface over night for full biocidal action to develop and then remove any residual debris by brushing or power washing. ( Complete washing down is not necessary. )   If an early activation necessary dilute the Mold Bio Wash with only 2 Parts of water and then apply over the affected area and leave for 2 – 4 hrs to activate biocidal action take place and then remove the debris with scrub or pressure wash and then rinse with a hose.   Coverage :   1 Lit of Mold Bio Wash covers approximately 16 - 20 Sq.mts after dilution   with 4 Parts of water.       Safety data :   Contact with the skin may cause sensitation. In case of contact with skin or eyes , rinse the affected area with surplus amounts of clean water . Should irritation persists, seek medical attention. Keep children & pets away from treated areas until this product has been washed off. Protect from frost.      

  Visal - Floor Coat is a two pack system suitable for any masonary surfaces, roof       terrace, terracotta tiles paver blocks etc. The premium advantage is, it provides leak       proof membrane coating, as it has a elastomeric formulation, results in waterproof       coating. Mix the latex into the powder component       slowly to get a pastelike consistency and add remaining latex (1:1 by weight) . The Wall Tex Polymer Cement Wall Putty is available in a powder form and has both inorganic as well as organic binding properties, and hence more effective as well as economical. Cement Based Wall Putty contains a special polymer which makes damp proof smooth surfaced wall.Mixing ProcedureTake required quantity of Wall Tex polymer cement wall putty in a bucket. Add slowly up to 50% of water. (For 1kg. Wall putty add up to 500ml of water), to the putty and make the mixture to form uniform paste. Keep the paste as such for 15minutes for the maturation. Once again mix the paste well to get a smooth uniform paste. Now the putty is ready for application.Application MethodFirst Make the surface free from dust, grease by means of sanding the wall with sand paper of putty knife or by wire brush followed by washing out with sufficient water. Ensure that the surface is clean and wet. It is very important to make the wall wet before the putty is applied.Apply the so mixed polymer cement wall putty paste on the wet wall by means of spreading evenly and gently with suitable putty knife. Apply the second layer after three hours. Allow the wall to dry over night. The wall is now sanded Properly by very using water paper medium, and fine papers followed by very fine paper. The dust so produced by sanding will be cleaned with water and allow it to dry.Always apply multiples of the layer instead of single thick layer. Please note that the paste so prepared is to be used within three hours. So kindly ensure mix only appropriate quantity only.Features of Wall TexSince it is made out of quality white portland cemend and polymer it imparts outstanding bonding property.No need of any prime coating or white cement coating is necessary either before or after application when wall tex putty is applied for emulsion or distemper type top coat to be painted. If you wish to keep the wooden article uncoated with final coats for long period of time then apply second coat. It will protect the article from any insect attack for long period. It contains a special polymer which makes damp proof mooth surfaced wall.       (A) Mixing Procedure :   Take required quantity of wall Tex polymer cement wall putty in a bucket. Add slowly up to 50% of water. (For 1kg. Wall putty add up to 500ml of water), to the putty and make the mixture to form uniform paste. Keep the paste as such for 15minutes for the maturation. Once again mix the paste well to get a smooth uniform paste. Now the putty is ready for application.       (B) Application Method :   First make the surface free from dust, grease by means of sanding the wall with sand paper of putty knife or by wire brush followed by washing out with sufficient water. Ensure that the surface is clean and wet. It is very important to make the wall wet before the putty is applied.       Apply the so mixed polymer cement wall putty paste on the wet wall by means of spreading evenly and gently with suitable puty knife. Over coat with weather care (Silicone / Acrylic emulsion medium) can be done to acieve Sheen finish and weather and water proof property.       Rolltex :   White Cement based water proof, algae, fungal resistant texture finish. Applied with various types of rollers (Netloop, Texture, Fibre) to give varities of designs. Available in powder form with vide range of colour.       Stone Wash :   Ready Mixed dry plaster based on white cement, natural stone aggregates with suitable polymer to give stone like finish of elegant, water repellant, weather proof plastering. It is applied by spray plaster machine. After 2 to 3 hours of application of plaster the outer thin coating can be washed of with wet sponge, so as to expose the stone clearly. The sponge perodically wetted with water and then wash the surface carefully. Available in vide range of combinations.       Dunetex :   Dunetex is a readymixed acrylic plaster containing Graded Granular Chips, Sand, fibers along with fungicides. It should be applied with trowel to give asethetic grained finish of fine, coarse, varieties, it has good weather and water proof property and excellent surface adhesion. Available in vide range of combinations.       Packing Size : 5kg And 25 kg   Product (1) to (3) are also available in ready mixed paste like plaster, which are suitable for interior / exterior         Surface Preparation : Surface to be coated must be properly cleaned with water before application. It must be free from algae, Mildew, fungi, Grease etc., old paint or loose particle must be removed properly with wire brush, for old walls, after surface preparation use of "Cemprime" is recommended as primer coat. The coating to be painted must be applied over the prime coat before it dry completely, the surface to be plastered must be always wet in condition, while applying the plaster. Mixing procedure : For 1 kg of texture product 200ml to 400ml of clean water is mixed (depending upon the type of texture coat) to give proper paste like consistency. Now the paste is ready to apply. 1. Sandtex :   Sandtex type texture is applied with trowel or putty knife of large size. First make the Sandtex power to paste consistency as explained earlier and apply with trowel / Putty knife (12'). apply gently on the wet wall vertically / Horizontally / Across to get desired design of your choice. The paste oriented Approply according to type of application. Available in vide range of colors.  

  Cement Based Wallputty is very efficient solution in modern contruction industry to avoid andulation problem in cement plastered walls as well as protective water repellent for walls. It is more advantageous than its anterpart ready mixed acrylic wallputty available in paste form. In its unique waterproofing property, and homogeneous system ie, cement over cement unlike in case of acrylic wallputty, where it is organic layer oer cement surface. "Cemplast" is an unique products blend containing various synthetic polymers, including Methyl Cellulose and other important additives to provide Water Repellency, Workability, set controlling agents, easy dispersibility etc., in suitable proportion       Cement Based Wallputty   It is very easy and economy to produce Cement based wallputty with the use of cemplast it is most advantageous in time saving too.       Guideline Formulation   Stage 1 White Cement   Calcite (300 to 400 mesh) 25 or 30%   65 or 60%       Run the mill for 15 minutes and add,   Stage II   Cemplast 10%   After addition of cemplast it is very important that run the mill for 5 min is sufficient. More than 5min running leads to the polymer in cemplast become rubbery and not effective.       Discharge the materials and pack the content in suitable packing materials.
