Oil made by crushing Sesame seed in wood rotary is called Wood Pressed oil. Wood rotary has both the cylinder and screw made of wood. When the seeds are crushed between the cylinder and the screw made of wood, very less frictional heat is generated. The heat generated could be around 25 to 30 degree Centigrade. This heat is completely safe to the oil. The oil thus produced is the best in taste and quality being closer to nature. We use high graded sesame seeds that are cleaned, sorted and sieved. The seeds are selected so that Free Fatty Acid is below 2%(FFA < 2%).  The cleaned  seed  is  then   crushed  with Jaggery  or  palm Jaggery  and   little  water   to   make the seed suitable for grinding. No  other  substance  that includes  chemical  additives or  artificial agents,  synthetic  fragnance are  added.
