Sugar
The sugar is normally produced in three forms viz 1) refined sugar 2) cane plantation double sulphitation direct consumption white sugar and 3) raw sugar. We produce mostly the second category, which is double sulphitation white sugar and raw sugar based on offer.
...moreSteam Turbine Cogeneration System
Steam turbines are one of the most resourceful and oldest prime mover technologies still in general production. In the steam cycle, DM water is first pumped to medium to high pressure and then heated to the boiling temperature corresponding to the pressure, boiled and then most frequently superheated.
...moreExtraction Condensing Steam Turbine
In such a system, steam for the thermal load is obtained by extraction from one or more intermediate stages at the appropriate pressure and temperature. The remaining steam is exhausted to the pressure of the condenser, which can be as low as 0.05 bar with a corresponding condensing temperature.
...moreBack Pressure Steam Turbine
A back pressure steam turbine is the simplest configuration. Steam exits the turbine at a pressure higher or at least equal to the atmospheric pressure, which depends on the needs of the thermal load. This is why the term back- pressure is used.
...moreBio-Fertilizers
Bio-fertilizers are defined as preparations containing living cells or latent cells of efficient strains of micro-organisms that help crop plants’ uptake of nutrients by their interactions in the rhizosphere when applied through seed or soil.
...moreBagasse
Bagasse is the residue obtained from crushing cane in the mills. Bagasse is used as a raw material by the paper industry and it is also very commonly used as fuel in boilers in the sugar factory for co-generation of power. Bagasse & wood fibre are made into building boards by a process analogous to paper making.
...moreBio Compost
The composition of raw press mud includes carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous, potash, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, manganese, iron, silicon and wax. The composition varies significantly on the soil conditions, cane varieties, period of supply of cane and geographical variations.
...moreYeast Sludge
It is high in protein content (21%) and essential amino acids such as methionine, Lysine, tryptophan which are required for the growth of animals compared to cereals. Hence, it is widely used as cattle feed.
...moreFly Ash
Fly Ash is the residual output from the boiler furnace after bagasse has completely burnt out. This fly ash is rich in potassium and is used by local farmers in their agricultural fields for cultivation
...moreMolasses
Molasses, an important byproduct of the sugar industry, is used extensively for the manufacture of ethyl alcohol and alcohol based downstream chemicals in addition to the manufacturing of potable alcohol.
...moreSugarcane Press mud
Sugarcane press mud is the residue of the filtration of sugarcane juice. The clarification process separates the juice into a clear juice that rises to the top and goes to manufacturing, while the mud gets collected at the bottom. The mud is then filtered to separate the suspended matter, which includes insoluble salts and fine bagasse.
