Selecting the proper width and grade of CRGO coils. Winding of Toroidal Core as per customers requirements and tolerance for ID, OD and HT. Inspect wound Core for dimensions. Arrange Cores in SS basket and load the same in annealing furnace. Carry out the annealing cycle as per work instruction laid down. After annealing is done every core is tested for electrical AT/cm value as specified by customer or as per our internal standards.

Cut the coil / sheet on shearing machine to ensure correct width and proper grain orientation as per customer's drawing. Cut length of the Laminations as per drawing. Select proper die punch set and do the holing as per customer's drawing. Ensure First / Off / Line inspection at every stage. Pack rectangular Laminations in wooden Boxes, Alternatively assemble rectangular core as per assembly drawing. Attach packing List on every box.

We are manufacturing CRGO Lamination (CRGO Transformers Core) which is used in all types of electric items such as distributions & power transformers, generators, chokes CVT, UPS etc... For the power and distribution transformers is manufactured from various grades of CRGO steel. As transformer core have to be process is carried out in one section itself so that flexibility and better control can be achieved. Lamination in various shades and sizes are slit and are cut in required accurate geometrical shapes with 90 degree and 45 degree cutting systems. Various machinery is used through the process. Firstly, the slitting machine is used to slit the CRGO. on this processminimizing the perfect match at the edges during intial setting. Shearing machines is used for this purpose. After this, the materials are hole punched and 'V' notched using the powers press. for achieveing accuracy, Tungsten Carbide tipped tools are utilized for performing 'V' notching operation. Now at this point of eliminate such stresses, the laminations are taken to the roller. Anneal laminations in roller hearth annealing furnace for continuous annealing of CRGO lamination. At the end, the processed materials are brought in to inspection department where it is throughly checked for its technical details and its dimensions by QC professionals and forwarded to packing department. In packing department, the finished products are packed in wooden pallets according to its size and a full description of the material including technical details is attached with the pallet and it is then dispatched to the client.
