Thus, the set revolutions can be set depending upon the requirement of the revolution of Auger when the required revolutions of auger are over, the filling stops. After placing the bottle for filling and incase filling does not start after the set delay time, then check the sensitivity and cleanliness of the sensor. Unless the bottle is sensed, the filling will not start. To ensure the proper operations check the electrical connection and Input Output signals of PLC as per the electrical drawings.
