Multi Crop Thresher /SideShaft Thresher: Multi Crop Thresher also known as side shaft thresher has thrshing rotor and blower. This Machine is state of the art design to handle different variery/size/shape of grains and pulses. This machine can thresh almost all the crops like castor, soyabean, maize, wheat, millet, cluster bean, mustard, pegion pea, mung beans, peas, sunflower, fenugreek, cumin seed, Isabgul(phylium), Rajgara, coriander seed(dhaniya) etc… Construction :In this machine threshing rotor and blowers are mounted on different shafts. Required Input RPM to the threshing shaft is given by belt and pulley drive from the input power unit eg. Tractor/motor or engine. From the back end of the threshing shaft belt and pulley drive is given and a required RPM is transferred to a shaft mounted on one of the side of thresher. And from there with belt and pulley drive rotation is provided to a blower shaft at the back end of thresher. There are two blowers mounted one is for suction and throwing chopped waste and second is for fine cleaning of the output grain. OperationAs the crop to e fed in the feeding hopper , threshing rotor applies gentle threshing/shelling and press the material to the concave sieve made from square polish bars resulting separation of grains and covers. From there onwards grains fall on reciprocating sieve chamber and passes through the screen. Wastage ( chopped straws) can not pass through the holes due to there bigger size and ejected through powerful blowers and falls away from the operating area. Small dust particles which passes through screens along with grains in the reciprocating sieve chamber finally blown by refining fan mounted on main shaft having air discharge to the final output of grains. Options:Drive : Normally machines are supplied with tractor driven attachment but upon request it can be mounted on diesel engine or electrical motor drive. Feeding: Machines can be supplied with two different feeding mechanisms as under. Simple Feeding Mechanism. Auto Feeding mechanism. In Simple feeding mechanism one has to put grains to be threshed in feeding hopper and have to push the same till threshing rotor sucks the same. And In auto feeding mechanism no pushing is required. Harvested crop will be automatically sucked by rotating auto feeding hopper. SPECIAL FEATURES:Back Side Blower : This feature helps to throw waste /residuals away from thresher operating area on the back side. This helps protecting tractor / Engine radiators from blocking due to straw going in because wind direction change while working. Table : Special design of table without any legs provides straight working platform irrespective of land level which is normally not even in fields. Also gives flexibility of moving thresher from one place to another without folding the table and reopening the same. Adjustable Towing Hook: Towing hook height can be easily adjusted by just opening & closing 4 nos. of bolts . This gives flexibility for towing vehicle hook height for different make of tractors. Extra Heavy Spiral Bevel Gear Box : Extra heavy gear box, complete machines with all CNC facilities and single cast iron body gives years of reliable life. Fine Cleaning Blower : This helps in achieving almost 100 % clean grains as an output by blowing small impurities which has passed through grain screen due to their small size. Wide Sieves: Extra wide screen provides enough space so that grain and chopped straws can be spreads properly and hence grains can pass sieves quickly for further cleaning and collection. Equal and fast spreading also prevents grains thrown away with the blowing effect.

CASTOR THRESHER : Outstanding Castor Threshing Performance. Very Easy To Operate and almost maintance free. Easy Movement in the fields and on the road with 6.00 X 16 tyres. Suitable for threshing different size of castor pods. Different Drive options available on request like Tractor,Electric motor & Diesel Engine Drive Application :To Remove outer cover of castor pods and separate castor seeds and it covers by gentle shelling action without damaging castor beans. Covers will be blown away by powerful blower and castor seeds will be collected. OPERATION:As the plucked/cut castor pods as shown in photo –INPUT CASTOR PODS will be fed in the threshing chamber from specially designed feeding hopper only for castor pods. Shelling Flats mounted inside threshing chamber applies gentle pressure and push castor pods against concave cutter made from polish bars results in to a breaking of seed cover and brings castor seeds out. Both castor seeds and covers moves towards to reciprocating sieve chamber and while approaching to the sieves as cover are lighter in weight, they will be sucked by power full blowers and thrown away. Fulley shelled castor seeds and semi shelled castor seeds falls on the sieve. Completely Shelled seeds passes from the sieves for further cleaning and semi shelled seeds cannot pass from the sieves due to bigger size and will be collected on the back side of reciprocating sieve chamber. Semi shelled seeds needs to be re fed for proper and complete threshing. Construction:Body of very heavy gauge welded steel plates with the following features Drum: Rasp bars made from hardened EN-8 material for longer life CONCAVE: Made from polish square steel bars for better threshing without damaging seeds. Aspiration: Precisely adjustable air flow with high performance fan. Undercarriage:Two large 6.00 X 16 tyres on a single axle made from 40 mm square bar ensures easy movement on road and field. Also jacks are provided in the front to adjust towing height for tractor towing.

MAIZE/CORN THRESHER : Gentle Maize/Corn Shelling Operation. Very Easy To Operate and almost maintance free. Easy Movement in the fields and on the road with 6.00 X 16 tyres. Suitable for threshing different size of castor pods. Different Drive options available on request like Tractor,Electric motor & Diesel Engine Drive. Application :To Remove maize seeds from the cobs by gentle shelling action without damaging maize/corn seeds. Empty Cobs will be collected from the back side of the thresher which comes out from the top of reciprocating sieve chamber. OPERATION:As the plucked/collected cobs after removing its skin will be fed as a input from the feeding hopper. Threshing Bars made from En-8 hardened steel apply threshing action to separate corn seeds from the cobs and both of them along with the small dust generated from the threshing action passes through concave cutter made from 12mm Sq. Bars. As all this material falls on the reciprocating sieve chamber, small dust will be sucked and blown away by blowers, empty cobs can not pass perforated sieve so they will come out from the back side of the chamber and corn seeds passed through sieves and after cleaning action in four sieves they will be collected at collection outlet after blowing small impurities which may have passed through sieves along with corn seeds.
