In thoat Venturi. the exhaust gas passes thriugh a water spray introduced by a spray bar multiple nozzle. The dust particles in the exhaust gas stream are "surrounded" by the water spray and moisten.   Extreme turbulence promotes the venturi narrow intimate contact of the water and dust particles to ensure through mixing.
