OPERATION:As the plucked/collected cobs after removing its skin will be fed as a input from the feeding hopper. Threshing Bars made from En-8 hardened steel apply threshing action to separate corn seeds from the cobs and both of them along with the small dust generated from the threshing action passes through concave cutter made from 12mm Sq. Bars. As all this material falls on the reciprocating sieve chamber, small dust will be sucked and blown away by blowers, empty cobs can not pass perforated sieve so they will come out from the back side of the chamber and corn seeds passed through sieves and after cleaning action in four sieves they will be collected at collection outlet after blowing small impurities which may have passed through sieves along with corn seeds. In Simple feeding mechanism one has to put grains to be threshed in feeding hopper and have to push the same till threshing rotor sucks the same. And In auto feeding mechanism no pushing is required. Harvested crop will be automatically sucked by rotating auto feeding hopper. SPECIAL FEATURES Back Side Blower : This feature helps to throw waste /residuals away from thresher operating area on the back side. This helps protecting tractor / Engine radiators from blocking due to straw going in because wind direction change while working. Table : Special design of table without any legs provides straight working platform irrespective of land level which is normally not even in fields. Also gives flexibility of moving thresher from one place to another without folding the table and reopening the same. Adjustable Towing Hook: Towing hook height can be easily adjusted by just opening & closing 4 nos. of bolts . This gives flexibility for towing vehicle hook height for different make of tractors.
