  The RCC Precast chamber shall be provided at every joint location to keep the Optical Fiber cable joint well protected and also to house extra length of cable which may be required in the event of faults at a later date.   Galvanized mild steel pole mounted stay clamp should be used at the pole for the fixing with a twisted eye & turn buckle. The selection of the type of stay clamp will depend upon the type of poles.

  End Plug shall be used for sealing the ends of the empty ducts, prior to installation of the Optical Fiber Cable and shall be fitted immediately after laying the duct to prevent the entry of any dirt, water, moisture etc. Blank plugs effectively seal empty HDPE duct ends. These plugs are removable & reusable. Proper sealing of your conduits and sub-ducts is important to prevent the costly flooding of buildings and sedimentation inside.

DWC Pipes are made of High Density Poly Ethylene Polymers. The DWC pipes shall consist of two layers, the outer layer will be corrugated and the inner layer shall be plain & smooth. DWC pipes are available in sizes 50 mm to 120mm. APPLICATIONS : A. Telecom Application : Used as the main duct in sub duct network design. Duct Rodder is ideal for installation of optical fiber telecom cables in buried/underground HDPE ducts up to 300 meters in metro and congested city environments. It is also the most widely used equipment in OFC maintenance & where cable blowing method is not feasible. Duct Rodder is a professional heavy duty cable pulling device based on 9mm dia. Composite fiberglass rod. Provided in galvanized metal frame with wheels & integral brake & M12 threaded rod ends at both ends.  

  The conical manhole assembly system consists of conical rings (each of height 225mm) made from precast reinforced concrete that can be stacked one on top of the other to construct a conical shaped manhole. In addition, a precast concrete frame and cover are also provided at the top.

  Cable Sealing Plug or Simplex Plugs effectively seal HDPE ducts occupied with a single cable. These plugs are removable & reusable. Proper sealing around cable in conduits and sub-ducts is important to prevent the costly flooding of buildings and sedimentation of the area around the cable. These easily removable and reusable devices facilitate the redistribution of cable slack by ensuring a clear raceway around outside plant cables.
