The design and technology ensure that the mix is pressed and vibrated on both sides simultaneously, resulting in voids free, high density blocks with excellent texture and finish.  

Most advanced Mixing Machine for the production of of Interlock & Tiles. Muller type base Mixing Machine is used for base mixing process. Vibro forming Interlock & Tiles, as compared to other mixing Muller Mixing is designed to ensure more fi neness to the materials resulting in high quality products. Machine can be installed near to the Vibro table so the materials easily fl ow out of the machine through openings and using a tray materials fi lled into the mould continuously in a Manual Manner It can also be operated using Hydraulic Hopper, as per customer requirement.  

It is an egg laying hydraulic concrete block making machine on wheels. which will lay blocks on the concrete floor and move to next laying. Any type of concrete blocks can be produced with consistent quality by fi xing different types of concrete mould and ram into the machine. All new spares are readily available to replace the wearing parts which are interchangeable. SINGLE VIBRATOR SYSTEM : A regular machine with one Vibrator to the mould.  DOUBLE VIBRATOR SYSTEM : Existing single vibrator moulded machine can be converted into double vibrator system by adding one more vibrator to the mould. TRIPLE VIBRATOR SYSTEM : The concreted in the mould is heavily compacted by applying vibrations from top through ram and double vibrator at the mould. Highly compacted blocks bring very good compressive strength, low water absorption even at lean mix ratios.
