two valve manifolds
The two valve manifold can be used for isolation, bleeding, calibration, and testing of pressure instruments. All Badotherm manifolds are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Hastelloy® and Monel®. This valve has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment. Badotherm valves are manufactured within the European Union.

The three valve manifold can be used for isolation, calibration, and testing of differential pressure instruments. All Badotherm valves are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Hastelloy® and Monel®. This valve has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment. Badotherm valves are manufactured within the European Union.
...moreThreaded Diaphragm Seals
These types of diaphragm seals are designed for direct mounting on the threaded process connection. They are available in all kind of international thread standards, NPT, BSP, ISO-228, and metric.
...moreThermowells
Thermowells are used in any application where the bulb of the thermometer may be exposed to pressure, corrosive fluids, or high velocity. The use of a thermowell also permits instrument interchangeability or recalibration without shutting down the process.
...moreTemperature Gauges
The measuring method of a bimetal thermometer is the expansion of two different metals. Those two inseparable jointed metal strips each have a different thermal expansion coefficient. The bimetal system is built in the stem of the thermometer and functions as a temperature sensor. The measuring method of an inert gas filled thermometer is the expansion of gas in a closed system. Changes in temperature of the process to be measured create a change of pressure in the measuring system, which is translated on the dial into read out of the correct temperature. This type of thermometer is available as direct mounting and as capillary thermometer.
...moreStainless Steel Safety Pressure Gauges
The stainless steel pressure gauge is a product of high quality. The stainless steel pressure systems are all provided with seamless drawn tube which reduces the chance of tube rupture. All gauges have the connection welded into the case and is produced according to the international standard EN837 and the PED. They can be supplied with 3.1, Nace and calibration certificates and can also be equipped with ATEX declaration. The most safe stainless steel pressure gauge is the solid front type with baffle wall and blow out protection (BDT20).
...moreSpecial Diaphragm Seals
Some applications require non-standard diaphragm seals. We have developed a seal that can withstand extreme process conditions, or diaphragm seals that require specially designed connections.
...moreSanitary Diaphragm Seals
Sanitary seals are designed for pressure, level and flow measurements in food and pharmaceutical industries where the formation of bacteria needs to be prevented by reducing or eliminating blind spaces where process product could remain and thus creating impurities, bacteria by e.g. fermentation. As such these seals allow for easy cleaning by means of either threaded or clamp quick couplings.
...morePressure Gauge Accessories
Installing the pressure gauges often require some accessories. Badotherm delivers these accessories such as overpressure protector or syphon for steam applications. All accessories are made of stainless steel and can be mounted and set on the pressure gauge in our factory.
...moreinstrument needle valves
Instrument Needle Valves & One valve Manifolds The instrument valves can be used for shutting off impulse lines or for isolation of pressure instruments. All valves are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Hastelloy® and Monel®. This valve has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment. Badotherm valves are manufactured within the European Union.
...moreFlush rings and flanges
Flush rings and flanges, reducer flanges, and accessories The flushing flange or ring is used for flushing solution combined with diaphragm seals. This type of flushing flange or ring is clamped between process nozzle and diaphragm seal. The reducer flange is used to mount a larger diaphragm seal to a smaller process connection. This type of reducer flange is clamped between process nozzle and diaphragm seal. Diaphragm Seal Accessories are carefully designed to optimise the use of the Diaphragm Seal in your process conditions, or to ease the installation and protect it against damaging during installation.
...moreFlanged Slip On Diaphragm Seals
The FSO construction has the weld seal body-diaphragm as a wetted part, therefore diaphragm materials are mostly chosen the same as the body (disc) material. The FSO is recommended when special flange grades are required.
...moreFlanged Diaphragm Seals
These types of diaphragm seals are designed for either direct mounting on the process flange or by clamping the seal between process flange and a cover flange. They are available in all kind of international flange standards, ASME B16.5, EN1092-1, API 6A ISO 10423 or JIS B2220.
...morefive valve manifolds
The five valve manifold can be used for isolation, bleeding, calibration, and testing of differential pressure instruments. All Badotherm valves are standard stainless steel and optional available in exotic materials, such as Hastelloy® and Monel®. This valve has a non-rotatable conical tip to ensure perfect alignment. Badotherm valves are manufactured within the European Union.
...moreDifferential Pressure Gauges
We have combined diaphragm seal technology in the latest design of the BDT13. With this new approach we are able to produce a differential gauge with high accuracy over the full scale in multiple exotic materials.
...morediaphragm pressure gauges
The diaphragm pressure gauge uses a mechanical principle with axles to transfer the pressure form the diaphragm to the movement. It is suitable for all gaseous and liquid media, as well as for viscous media and suspended solids.
...moreContact Pressure Gauges
Contact gauges are manufactured with two types of switching methods. A SPDT micro switch build on the movement or a precision contact system. The micro switch can have a factory set point or with an on-site adjustable set point. The precision contact systems can be delivered as a magnetic, electronic, or inductive system. All gauges, contacts and wiring comply with the latest standards.
...moreCapsule Pressure Gauges
Capsule gauges are used for low pressure measurement from 16 up to 600 mbar. Our capsule gauges are completely made of stainless steel and suitable for corrosive environments and gaseous media that will attack copper alloys.
