We provide rock breaking services. the chemical reaction of 'hi-tech' expansive mortar and water generates heat. If the reaction goes too quickly, the temperature can be above the boiling point of water before all the water has chemically combined with 'hi-tech' expansive mortar . This can result in a steam-driven explosion which blows the 'hi-tech' expansive mortar from the holes with sudden force. The crack appears in 15 mints to 6 hours after filling of 'hi-tech' expansive mortar mixture. It varies depending on material of cracking object, hole design and temperature. 'hi-tech' expansive mortar continues to increase pressure for 3 days.
