The Mukul Vibro Purifier consists of two independently working sections. The main elements of the machine are all metal construction, a common body, two oscillating sieve boxes, two oscillating collecting boxes. Semolina Vibro Purifier is used for cleaning & classify of the sieve in the flour & semolina plant. It is worked by the mean of vibration motor which provide vibration movement. Driven by 2 vibro motor. The segregation of the semolina or dunst is made on one or three layer decks of sieves. Each layer consists of 4 inserted sieve frames. During the purification bran light particles are lifted by air current from below through the sieves. The sieves are continuously cleaned automatically by self-propelling brushes. The air-flow is controlled by shutter valves instead of commonly used flaps or slides. The Vibro Motors give oscillating movements to the sieving and collecting boxes. Aluminium sieve frame with adjustable cover tightening device, quick & easy replacement of sieves.

The main advantage are replacement of sieves, small size, short sieving process, intensive cleaning due to adopted rubber barrels, natural sieving process on the sieve, without shovel conveyor, silent opreation, without shocks. In the 8 section shifter a single box contains 2 sections. Each section is an independent sieving set consisting of 12 or 16 or 18 or 20 frames, cover and distribution box. All shaft run in anti-friction bearing.

The Mukul Dry Stoner is used in the flour, Semolina and grain cleaning plants. It is an inevitable machine for the cleaning uints of dry system. The Mukul Dry Stoner machine accurately separate the stone of granular products such as wheat, barley, maize, rice, lentil, chickpea, bean and sesame. The product to be separated from the stone is transferred without interruption on the sieve. Grain is caused to float on the sieve by the means absorbed air top part. The heavy particles stay on the sieve. These heavy perticles are sent to higher plateform by the means of circular movement of the sieve. The stone is discharged from the one front outlet and cleaned product is discharged from the double outlet in the backside of machine. Air has the most important role for the cleaning of the product from the foreign materials. The aspiration is choosen according to the capacity of machine and the air is adjusted according to sort of product in the air valves.
