    spray pond system we bring forth is made using lightweight and strong material. these systems have an excellent construction. bell shaped flanged outlets on the main header supports pvc branch pipes by flange, nuts & bolts and uvs pvc flanged tailpieces. it reduces the entrance losses as well. pvc branch pipes are supported by clamps, which are grouted on the concrete pillars by ss grouting rods. �five way header� with pvc extension pipe is connected to the branch pipe by abs male threaded coupler and female threaded half tee. similarly all the clusters are fitted. after the last cluster, end cap is used to close the pvc branch pipe. all pvc pipes and fittings are of rigid pvc class iii (6kgfcm2) as per is: 49852000. stainless steel fabricated common header should be provided along the center line of the spray pond. pipe sizes should be designed to keep frictional losses within 0.2kgfcm2 from pump to last section of the piping system. spray nozzles should spray water from a height of 2.5 - 3.0 m from the water level working at about 0.6 kgcm2.
