Patented design Molasses Conditioners supplied by EES utilizes low pressure vapors and has unique internal design to dissolve the crystals present and heat up the Molasses. The Molasses Conditioners have no moving part making it completely maintenance free. EES Supplied Molasses Conditioners replace traditional open to atmosphere molasses conditioners which normally consume exhaust vapours and also have mechanically operated stirrers. The massecuite after the completion of pan boiling is fed to the centrifugal to separate the sugar crystals from the molasses. The molasses coming out from the centrifugal machine is be at low temperature and contains some crystals.
