The Magnesite brick is one of the most widely used basic refractory bricks. Different grade magnesite used as raw materials are applied in Magnesia bricks with various qualities.

Our range of low cement castables is available in 45% to 90% Al2O3 content. They are made with aluminus and mullite aggregates and high purity high alumina cement. These are suitable for extreme service conditions and have application temperatures upto 1800° c. These products are distinguished by their high volume stability, low porosity, better corrosion and erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance and excellent hot strength. Installation of these castables is by vibration only.

Chrome Magnesite bricks are made from high quality Magnesite and chrome concentrate. Magnesite and Chrome content can be adjusted according to different requirements according to application temperature. They are widely used in cement kilns, open Hearth Roof, Rotatory kiln for dead burnt dolomite, Magnesite Back up lining and non-ferrous metal metallurgical furnaces. By the best proportioning, high pressure moulding, ultra high temperature firing, the bricks obtain good grain bonding, high strength and good volume stability.

Bottom Pouring Sets are mainly used for ingot casting in steel industry. It is a completecombination set of runner bricks and special hollow shapes for bottom pouring molten metal. These shapes are processed from refractory grog and fire clays. The different fractions of these raw materials are mixed and pugged for obtaining homogeneous mix. The mixture is pressed in high capacity friction screw power presses and hydraulic presses for obtaining desired collar, shape and accurate dimensions and, then fired in pusher type continuous tunnel kiln at high temperatures. All sizes are available as per bottom plate size.

Sillimanite bricks are based on sillimanite raw materials and a bond matrix made of reactive alumina, refractory clays and ultra fine sillimanite. The range of products include bricks with different Al2O3 content, low iron products with excellent CO resistance and the phosphate bonded quality with improved slag resistance. Applications in the steel and non-ferrous metals industry in direct contact with liquid metal are possible. Our sillimanite bricks are very good for refractory solutions in the glass industry, cement industry and incineration, for industrial processes with rapid thermal shocks, in furnaces for firing biomass and in production kilns of the ceramic and refractory industry.
