It is a hard fact that the quality of a gear depends on the quality of Gear Blanks. CNC Turning lathe and CNC VTL Machines enable us to maintain consistent close tolerance on concentricity and perpendicularity demanded by the subsequent Gear Cutting operations. We are also equipped with conventional machines such as, Broaching machines, Milling Machines, Slotting Machines etc.

We offer the gear cutting section where the critical operation of cutting the teeth of the gears and thread milling of worm are done is equipped with sophisticated machine tools like cnc and conventional gear hobbing, gear shaper, gear shaving, straight bevel generator, spiral bevel generator and worm milling machines. The gear parameters are continually checked because they are of prime importance in producing quality gears.

We offer heat treatment: - we have the state of the art heat treatment facility, the furnace is versatile to do case carbursing. Temperature controllers, flow meter and optimum process cycle depending on the raw material compositions and heat treatment requirement for heating, carbursing and diffusion ensure that the exact heat treatment characteristics achieve. We are also equipped with quench press to minimize distortion during quenching.

We offer gear and worm grinding.the gear tooth is finish ground on gear grinding machines. We are equipped with single flank, double flank and form grinding machines. The gears are finished to conform to din class 10 -4. Worm thread grinding, worm thread finish ground on thread grinding machine and spline grinding machine

We are offering id grinding machine. It is done on outside diameters to close tolerance to accomodate bearings, oil seals etc. Extreme accuracy is maintained on bore diameters to maintain the run out between pcd of the gear with bore. Cnc surface grinding achieves the micro finish needed for applications such as thrust washer or to maintain overall height.
