Ultra Isolation Transformer
Ultra Isolation Transformers are needed whenever a clean Power is needed. The instruments that are sensitive to Electrical Noise like Heart Beat Monitor, Ultra Sound Instruments, Giga Counters, UHF Transmitters and Receivers; Ultra Isolation Transformer is an excellent solution. This Transformer is built with great care and caution. The Primary and Secondary are split and Inter-Winding Capacitance is considerably reduced by incorporating a Special Shielding Method. The Magnetic Currents are controlled using the Stamping Grounding Method. The Isolation can be achieved to a degree of 120db and Inter-Winding Capacitance of 0.005pf can be achieved. Capacities available for 1.0 KVA to 100 KVA SALIENT FEATURES • Isolates the equipment from noisy powerline. • Reduces powerline Noise, Surges, Spikes & Transients. • High Insulation resistance • Provides the complete Electromagnetic & Electro static shielding. APPLICATION Computers & Peripherals Analytical Instruments Communication Equipments, CNC Machines Medical Instruments.
...moreServo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer
Servo Control Voltage Stabilizers are highly efficient Voltage Regulators that work equally well on any kind of load. It consists of a detector, a switching unit; a motorized Auto Transformer and Cut Off Circuit. In case of any deviation for the set voltage; the detector sends an error signal to the Control Circuit that in turn drives a motor to correct the voltage using winding on Auto Transformer.
...moreInverter
A Power Inverter or Inverter is an electronic device or circuitry that changes Direct Current (DC) to Alternating Current (AC). The Input Voltage, Output Voltage and Frequency, and overall Power handling, are depending on the design of the specific device or circuitry. A Power Inverter can be entirely electronic or may be a combination of mechanical effects (such as rotary apparatus) and electronic circuitry. Static Inverters do not use moving parts in the conversion process. Typical applications for Power Inverters include: Portable consumer devices that allow the user to connect a Battery or set of Batteries, to the device to produce AC power to run various electrical items such as lights, televisions, kitchen appliances, and power tools. Use in Power Generating Systems such as electric utility companies or Solar Generating Systems to convert DC Power to AC Power. Use within any larger electronic system where engineering need exists for deriving an AC Source from a DC Source
...moreInteractive Ups
The Line - Interactive UPS is similar in operation to a Standby UPS, but with the addition of a multi-tap variable – voltage autotransformer. This is a special type of Transformer that can add or subtract powered coils of wire, thereby increasing or decreasing the magnetic field and the Output Voltage of the Transformer. This is also known as Buck-Boost Transformer. This type of UPS is able to tolerate continuous Under Voltage brownouts and Over Voltage surges without consuming the limited reserve battery power. It instead compensates by automatically selecting different power taps on the autotransformer. Depending on the design, changing the autotransformer tap can cause a very brief output power disruption, which may cause UPSs equipped with a power – loss alarm to “chirp” for a moment.
...moreFrequency Converter
A Frequency Converter or a Frequency Changer is an electronic device that converts Alternating Current (AC) of one Frequency to Alternating Current of another Frequency. The device may also change the Voltage, if required. A Frequency Converter usually consists of a rectifier stage (producing direct current) which is then inverted to produce AC of the desired Frequency. A Transformer will usually be included in either the AC Input or Output Circuitry and this Transformer may also provide Galvanic Isolation between the Input and Output Ac Circuits. A Battery may also be added to the DC Circuitry to improve the Converter’s ride-through of brief outages in the Input Power. Frequency Chargers vary in power-handling capability from a few watts to megawatts.Another application is in the aerospace and airline industries. Often airplanes use 400Hz power so 50Hz or 60Hz to 400Hz Frequency Converter is needed for use in ground power unit used to power the airplane while it is on the ground.
...moreConstant Voltage Transformer
Certain critical Equipment, especially Medical Equipment, require Solid State Voltage Stabilizers with Galvanic Isolation between Mains Input and Equipment. Also the Equipment needs to be protected against spikes, voltage, surges, glitches, noise, etc. which is not possible with conventional Servo Voltage Controlled Stabilizers. A special type of Stabilizer, called C.V.T (Constant Voltage Stabilizer) is used for such applications. A CVT works on magnetic saturation principle, resonating with a tank circuit of High Q factor. When incoming Mains Voltage is low the capacitor provides the necessary additional gain in power, keeping the output voltage steady. On the other hand, when the Mains Voltage is high the leakage reactance drops the difference of voltage. This correction of voltage is instantaneous even for sudden dips and spikes. FEATURES: • Proven Technology • High Reliability • Fast Response • Output Short Circuit Protected • Rugged Industrial Design • High Efficiency • CMRR & DMRR noise rejection upto 100 dB • Can handle Inductive Loads
...moreBattery Charger
A Battery Charger is a device used to put energy into a secondary cell or rechargeable Battery by forcing an electric current through it. The charging protocol depends on the size and type of the Battery being charged. Some Battery types have high tolerance for overcharging and can be recharged by connection to a constant voltage source or a constant current source. Other Battery types cannot withstand long high-rate over-charging. Our Battery Chargers are designed to provide constant Current / Constant Voltage charging for all types of Batteries.
