Valve consists of a body and shut off mechanism inside the body. Body has through axial holes of different diameters over the length. Lower part the hole is 8 mm in dia, the remaining part is of 22 mmin dia. (MOC – SS). The upper part of the body is provided with female thread for securing stem assembly and male thread for fastening the valveon the bottle. From one side and under the body there is a connection with male threads for attaching to the pipe lines. The shut off mechanism consist of valve assembly with a pad made of polyamide resin, stem assembly (MOC - MS), bushing (MOC – Gun Metal), gasket (MOC - Copper), spring (MOC – Case hardened steel) with packing . The stem assembly in its turn has a nut, stem, ball and pivot journal. Hand wheel assembly is fixed by nut on the square end of stem for opening and closing of the valve. The air leakage from the valve is prevented by a seal and made in movable and fixed joint. The movable joint of valve end and bushing are sealed by rubber rings. Valve assemblies have tested for the leak tightness by compressed air at a pressure of 400 kgf/cm² and hydraulic test for strength at a hydraulic pressure of 600 kgf/cm².
