IM2506 model which comes with 6 digit display as compared to IM2501 Ampere Hour Meter which can show AH count upto 4 digits. This model can be used with any kind of load circuit as the shunt value can be programmed by the user as per the application. The instrument is provided with one relay output to alert the user when the sufficient charge has been delivered using alarm, tower lamp, etc. It can also be used to directly cut off the rectifier.

IM2512 is a 4 digit Ampere hour meter with a current limit relay. It has all the features of standard IM2501 C model, in addition a current set point. Typically, while in the charging process, when a battery is sufficiently charged, the current flow drops to a lower level. At this juncture, the battery must be disconnected from the source of power.

IM2507 is a charge discharge type Ampere Hour meter with two independent 4 digit displays for separate charge and discharge counting. One display counts the charge through the circuit, while other counts the discharge. Application areas are; battery life cycle testing, battery monitoring applications.

This model is suited for workstations where multiple jobs of electroplating are being carried out by using independent rectifiers in the same bath. Here IM2513 model acts as a master controller which is further connected to multiple IM2502C ampere hour meters and hence adds to the totaliser counts of such ampere hour meters. Further, depending upon the net count, it controls two doser relay outputs which eventually adds chemicals like additive and brightener to the bath.

IM2505 is a charge discharge type Ampere Hour Meter which is best suited for tracking monitoring battery AH in circuit. These are used in applications related to submarine and telecom or in sectors where battery back ups are used; since battery charge is to be monitored to switch on off charger. It helps load to avoid excessive charging as well as deep discharge. When battery is being charged, the AH count will increment. When batterystarts discharging, AH count will decrement. When AH reaches the lower set point, relay will operate. This can be used to either generate warning alarm or switch off discharge and or start charger. Relay will remain operated till battery is charged to its full level.

IM2514 is an advanced version of IM2501 ampere hour meter where user has thee modes to choose from ampere hour meter, ampere minute meter or as ampere second meter as per application necessity. It has one setpoint with a relay output to control external rectifier. All features of IM2501 are retained.

This ampere hour meter is designed to control rectifier during battery formation process. IM2508 ampere hour profile meter is a programmable step profile type device. In the process of the battery formation, the battery has to be charged at different ampere hour capacity in steps. IM2510 AH Meter with Timer is ampere Hour meter with the provision of Timer to Switch the relay ONOFF after pre-defined time (count) irrespective of battery charge levels. IM2509 model ampere hour meter comes with three control relay outputs to facilitate addition of three chemicals. It is the modified virsion of the IM2503 model which offers two control relay outputs to control a addition of two chemicals. The other features of IM2502C model are retained in this model.

IM2511 is AH meter with Data Logging Facility. It can log DC Voltage, DC Current, AH count (charge) and or Watt Hour count (energy). Programmable voltage range and shunt value, adds to flexibility to work with any DC circuitry. Display of Voltage and current in single instrument allows user to do away with traditional meters and is cost effective. The reports are generated in text format by AH Meter which can be either printed on a serial printer or can be exported to PC and viewed in an editor or Microsoft Excel. Unit is useful for life cycle testing of batteries. It has end voltage setting as well as high and low charge level settings. User can also set independent time interval setting for charging and discharging.

IM2503C model is ideal for electroplating applications. Two doser relay outputs are provided which can automise the process of adding additive and brightener; basically chemicals to replenish the bath strength. Meter has two displays. One to show current flowing in the circuit and other two show the totaliser as well as present AH Count. Operation can be on Ampere hour or ampere minute calculations depending on application. Relay operation timings are programmable. User can either directly use these relays to operate solenoid valves or can be connected to Doser pump for more accurate addition of chemicals.

Ajinkya’s 4 Digit Ampere Hour Meter with Totaliser provides a totaliser display along with ampere hour ampere minute count display. Most preffered for applications of Electroplating, where precise total charge decides the strength of the plating bath and addition of electrolyte, additive brightener in the bath to maintain the required strength of the electrolyte. In battery charging applications, totaliser will indicate the total charge drawn during charging process. It can also be used for discharging applications.
