Sampling Valves are used for taking material samples from the bottom of the reactor vessels before draining the whole batch through the main drain valve. We can provide a screwed bottle at the outlet for an airtight sample drawn from the vessel. Our glandless sampling valves open downwards (in the valve), consists of hard chrome plated piston & PTFE seats which ensures 100% shut off & zero contamination of the material. These valves can be used as a substitute to the main drain valve. We manufacture each valve to the precise dimensions of the vessel provided by the client to ensure ZERO hold up, thus avoiding any contamination taking place in the next batch of material being processed in the vessel. We can also provide a limit switch, cylindrical actuator, FLP solenoid valve and other accessories as per your requirements. Amarama Engineers designs & manufactures spring loaded Pressure Safety Relief Valves which are installed to release the excess pressure developed in a system like reactor vessels, pipelines due to a chemical reaction, thermal expansion etc. Our full bore inlet design gives quick release of pressure and faster shut off on the return. Through our years of experience we have categorised our range of springs for different pressure and sizes of valves. The flexibility in our design helps us cater to different applications like corrosive vessels, utility, high pressure, temperature, hydrogenation, reactor jacket, bitumen blending & many more applications. For example, for corrosive we provide PTFE lined inlet nozzle and Hastelloy �C� plug, which ensures leakage class 6. We also assist our customers with the sizing and selection of Pressure Safety Relief Valves according to API 521.

A flame arrestor is used to prevent the propogation & transmission of flame generated in the line from an unprotected side to the protected side of a flame arrestor but at the same time to allow the vapours to pass to the protected side. Flame Arrestors are installed on the vents of storage tanks and vessels or in process lines where flammable gases are being transferred. We manufacture our Flame Arrestors according to IS:11006 & International Electro Technical Commission code IEC 60079-1:2007. Prototype tests according to mentioned codes for IIA, IIB & IIC gas groups have been conducted at Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research (CIMFR), Dhanbad. Our Arrestor Bank which is the heart of the flame arrestor consists of finely crimped metal ribbons to form a corrugated element. The corrugated gap i.e. the Maximum Experimental Safe Gap (MESG) depends upon the gas group (IIA, IIB, IIC) of the solvent / material. We maintain the MESG according to IEC 60079-1 for various gas groups like IIA, IIB & IIC. There are two types of Flame Arrestors:1) End of Line type - Used for above ground storage tanks 2) In-Line Type - Used for underground storage tanks and in continuous process lines. We are manufacturing deflagaration type & detonation flame arrestors for diesel, solvents, resins, polymer, corrosive atmospheres which are used across Pharmaceutical, Paints, Speciality Chemicals, Petroleum, FMCG industries. We also provide the customer with assistance in sizing and selection of Flame Arrestors according to API 2000 .

Breather Valves are installed on the vent nozzle of atmospheric storage tanks for providing adequate pressure and vacuum relief, which helps in preventing bulging and buckling of atmosheric storage tanks. Breather Valves also help in considerably reducing vapour & nitrogen emmission losses. At Amarama Engineers we have developed a unique single piece design casted Breather Valve with an intergrated Flame Arrestor. The single piece design helps in easy maintenance, longer life of the pallets and the flame arrestor element. Our design is adaptable for both underground and above ground storage tanks. For underground storage tanks we offer Breather Valve cum In-Line type Flame Arrestors with which you can continue the vent line upwards and end it with a U bend, this helps in preventing the vapour to be released into the atmosphere above human level, for above ground tanks we offer Breather Valve cum End of Line Flame Arrestor. We can also provide separate Nitrogen inlet thru the breather valve into the storage tank in this design. We have also designed & developed long term solutions for corrosive process applications like our PTFE lined Breather Valves, Low Pressure Relief Valves & Vacuum Relief Valves with PTFE pressure & vacuum pallets. Our design ensures that only PTFE comes in contact with the material of acidic nature, which helps in applications where various metal alloy's corrode because of the toxicity of the material. Over the years we have adapted our designs for various pressure, vacuum, temperature applications. Our pallets are made with utmost precission which ensures tight shut off and reduces the chattering of the pallet considerably. The dead weight type pallets can be replaced at a later stage if your process requirements have changed.
