CSC series machines are one of our most reliable, precise and high speed 2-4 axes compression spring coilers at economical price’s. Independently servo controlled Outer Diameter and Torsion Device can be added if needed to produce various types of compression & magazine springs. All the machines have high quality industrial CNC controller’s and very strong mechanicals. Change of coiling direction from Right Or left is very fast & with very simple mechanical changes that are done in a matter of minutes. All controllers are designed on the basis of a simple user interface & making transition between machines effortless. CSC has an optional length gauge & sorter system that can be added if needed.

CSM series are high precision and reliable spring forming machines at an affordable cost. The CSM offers a standard 3 axes mechanism with an option of servo spinner and EA or Secondary Hook station. The CSM has two controlling methods, being, master slave mode or CNC mode. The high speed design cam driven system and larger slides is for an extended life of the machine. The Servo controlled rotary quill offer versatile use of the machine without direction or rotation limit on the quill. Teach mode is use to manually create a draft program of spring via the MPG. The CNC can be control from +/- 0.01 degree to 359.99 degree. Every command can be programmed at different speeds which greatly increase’s the production output. Full set of cams and tool holders are supplied with every machine. Optional EA 2nd hook forming station is for high speed production of extension spring.

RFM series are 4 ~ 8 axes, high precise and reliable spring forming machine. RFM series offers all the same features and benefits of the CSM series with the addition of servo controlled wire rotation system. The rotary wire and quill rotation system offer versatile use of the machine at high speeds with feeding precision & no direction limit. Servo control rotary wire mechanism rotates around the wire during its spring forming, this increases the forming capability over the 3 axes machine and also reduces the setup time. Multiple optional servo spinners can reduce setup and tooling requirements. RFM offer similar function to the camless machine but at affordable cost. RFM is capable of processing flat wire, square wire, rhombic wire…etc. Optional EA 2nd hook forming station is for high speed production of extension spring.

HCM series offers all the same features and benefits of the RFM series with the addition of individually servo control slide with no direction limit. This greatly reduces spring setup time and increases versatility over traditional cam forming machines. Furthermore, it also increases production rate. All slides have a larger slide stroke that assists in producing large tension, torsion, wireforms and such parts.
