Fine wires of Non ferrous and Ferrous are annealed in the continuous strand annealing furnace. There are number of pipes along the length of the furnace and the wires pass through the pipes. It is a continuous type of furnace. The atmosphere inside the pipe is controlled by introduction of inert gas and Hydrogen mixture. The material available after the process is finished material. It comes along with a cooling chamber or quenching tank at the discharge of the furnace.

Pit type annealing furnace is one of the most economical and long serving furnaces. It is also called Pit Pot Annealing furnace. In a Bogie Hearth furnace anything and everything can be heat treated. This is a rectangular type of furnace with very high versatility. It can be made for 500kgscharge to about 100Tcharge capacity. Right from small machined components to massive fabricated structures can be Stress relieved or Heat treated in the Bogie Hearth furnace. Depending upon the size of the furnace it will occupy the ground area. For Continuous operation purpose it can also have double ended bogie. Bogie Hearth Furnace can be provided with Recirculation Fan and Baffle for maintaining uniform temperature in the furnace.
