Ltd .Established in 2008 and Manufacturing starts from 2009 with Brand Name “Associate Cylinders”, A Product of AHPTPL Growing became in development & production of industrial with well over 1,50,000Nos. High Pressure seamless cylinders. Industrial application in service mainly in Indian Market and South America and State of the Art Manufacturing facility is In Gandhidham Kutch Gujarat – India. ASSOCIATE market coverage will be done all over the globe for which compliance to International Standards like ISO 9809, and for Domestic Consumption with Indian Manufacturing Standard IS 7285 and Will be adhered as required. ASSOCIATE has the capacity to produce cylinders from 22 Ltrs to 160 liters water capacity from Dia 232 to Dia 356 mm and working pressure from150 - 300 bar. Development & Manufacturing of high quality Industrial CYLINDERS used for various permanent and liquefiable Gases as per the pressure requirement. “ASSOCIATE CYLINDERS” undergoes strict inspection in the manufacturing line for detection of any possible hidden defects. These cylinders also undergo a series of cyclic testing to simulate their operating conditions and even its life. Each Cylinder goes through specified testing at every stage of production by highly qualified quality control process.
We proud to introduce as ASSOCIATE is also manufacture of CNG Onboard and Storage Cylinders which compliance to all International Standards like ISO11439, ISO 9809, NZS 5454, ECER-110, and for Indian Standard IS15490. ASSOCIATE has the capacity to produce cylinders from 20 to 250 liters water capacity from Dia 232 to Dia 406 mm and working pressure from200 - 400 bar. Development & Manufacturing of high quality CNG CYLINDERS used for alternative fuel vehicles is commitment for clean environment that controls pollution.
