Cylinder dryers can be equipped with either belt drive or by individual drive to each cylinder. In case of belt drive, nylon sandwich belt is provided with pulleys on each cylinder driven by an A.C. motor of suitable capacity per stack. For individual drive system, each cylinder is coupled with a geared A.C. motor. Individually driven cylinders are synchronized with PLC. Especially suited for non-woven and delicate fabrics where tension regulation is very critical as the fabric dries. Fabric residual moisture controller can be provided at the exit of the drying range. The feedback from the controller either controls the speed the machine or the steam flow (depending on the process requirement). Cylinder dryers can be supplied as independent machine with squeezer and plaiting batching in conjunction with continuous processing machine.

It allows stretching the screen multiple times, before it is fixed. It is absolutely portable and does not require to be fixed to any surface. It stretches the fabric simultaneously from all four sides thus, giving you an evenly stretched screen, without (waves) tight & loose lines. The quality of the 'expose' will be great and printing will be excellent ! Conventionally, screens are stretched using the index finger and thumb or the fist or using a wide pliers. The result is, an uneven screen with rows of tight and loose lines throughout. Worst still, even all the tight lines have variations ! Furthermore, once nailed and fixed, any error cannot be rectified. An important fact - when any fabric is stretched once and fixed, it is bound to gradually expand and loosen while printing ~ it will also react erratically, after washing and drying the 'expose'. The result…. the last piece printed will be visibly lower than the first. In multi-colour jobs, this will lead to an irreparable mess ~ plus, a nightmare for the printer !! Our machine allows for multi-level tightening, the screen is stretched three or more times, allowing a gap of five/ ten minutes, for the tension of each fiber in the screen to even out. This feature is indispensable, because then the screen does not expand / loosen while printing. Manually this cannot be done. The Device is dismantle-able and adjustable, to smugly fit any frame size allowing minimal wastage. It is a one man operation, thus saving man hours. Furthermore, it does not require continuity, and the stretching can be paused or even redone. Its unique and simple clamping operation saves the fabric from tearing, like conventional stretching.
