We can offer, oil-free piston compressors, with water-cooled cylinders for blowing PET bottles. Our compressors are supplied with an electric motor, heat exchangers, instrumentation, accessories, electrical panel, and are mounted on skids: in other words, ready to use.   Our compressors compress air and respect all the regulations in force in the food sector. We have designed two lines that respond to all needs: the three stage line -TEMPO2, and the Screw + Booster Piston Compressor line - the BS line.   1. Single Displacement Hydraulic Motor The original series of fixed displacement radial piston hydraulic motors.   Description : On radial piston hydraulic motors with high volumetric efficiency, and therefore Italgroup IAM series, there can be a phenomenon of oil-overheating in the body motor. Oil drawing from the piston and from the distributor goes into body motor.When this oil quantity is very scanty, it means ther's a good volumetric efficeincy. In some cases this is positive, like for winch on crane truck or trawl winch, because high volumetric efficiecny avoids motor rotation even under extrenal stress. This scanty quantity of oil is not a problem because the motor works at high pressure only for a short period of time.
