A batching system blends 12 to 20 components in a single drum according to the recipe required. What does it consist of? It consists of a PLC based system comprising 12 to 20 filling valves to dispense the product, each dedicated and connected to a barrel of a product component. Piping arrangement delivers the product to the respective fill valve. A mixed blend is created in a drum as per combination of quantity fed (Recipe) in the HMI.
