SIDEWALL CONVEYOR BELTS  offer effective long term solutions for steep angle/high angle/vertical conveying of bulk material. The material conveyed ranges from transport of fine sand to lumpy material. Depending on the application the Sidewall Conveyor Belts with sidewalls of different heights(from 120 mmto 240 mm) and cross cleats of different heights (from 110 mm to 220 mm) can be supplied. The sidewalls and cleats are provided with fabric reinforcement to ensure proper elongation at the flexing points The sidewalls and cleats are hot vulcanized with the base belt and thus provides high bonding of sidewalls to base belt and cleats to base belt. The specially designed Sidewall Conveyor Belts provide high lateral stability and transversal stiffness which result in good longitudinal flexibility. This makes it possible to change belt direction from horizontal to vertical. The Sidewall Conveyor Belts are manufactured with specially designed polyester fabrics and cross-stabilizing fabric plies in the base belt assuring both controlled elongation and high rigidity in transverse direction. The belts are manufactured with one or more cross-stabilizing ply depending on the application's requirement.

Chevron belts are suitable for transporting a wide range of bulk materials and also for unit loads such as bags, bales, crates, sacks etc. Chevron belts can achieve high conveying capacities even at inclinations of up to 40 - 45° In contrast to the profiles / cleats that are vulcanized separately on to the flat conveyor belt, the profiles/cleats on the Chevron belts are integrally molded into the top cover of the belt during the manufacturing process. The advantage of specially designed integrally molded Chevron belts is that the life of profile/cleat is enhanced due to low flexing/bending stress generated while negotiating around pulleys, this feature also permits the use of smaller pulley diameters.

Ceramic Pulley Lagging is designed for pulleys where slippage and excessive wear problems make normal rubber lagging ineffective.The ceramic lagging is made with square ceramic tiles embedded in rubber strip wherein the ceramic tiles are designed with a dimple profile/circular nubs to ensure minimal slippage between the belt and drive pulley.
