We are offering four biscuit packing machine. The model is best suited for plain and cream, biscuits with tray and biscuits pre-packed in wax or butter paper. The removable nylon lugs are provided on main feeding chain for easy change over for different varieties with minimum setting time. For the naked, round, square and rectangular shape of biscuits in stacks of 2, 4 and 5 biscuits in either single or double pile optional automatic chute feeding attachment is available. In order to attain automatic counting of biscuits on pile the biscuits are fed directly from the stacker into the chute attached to the main feeding conveyor.

MSSS Fabricated enrober with pre and post bottoming arrangement, chocolate flow pan, shaker detailing rod with separate drive, a curtain of air-flow, jacketed tank with its independent temper water pumping system. - The Conical Dough Rounder's rounding Trough gently rounds dough pieces into uniform dough balls, perfectly sealed with a thin skin. - Machine is designed with a rotating cone and spiral aluminium tracks around it - The rounder could be connected to a Dough Divider on the input side and a First Proover on the output side - The Dough Divider would divide the dough into pieces as per their weight (but in uneven shapes). This Model is suitable to pack products like cream sandwiched biscuits in standing on edge position. This type of biscuit packing machine can also be used for packing biscuits which are difficult to stack by auto-feeding arrangements. Products are fed manually on 'L' conveyor which are transferred and loaded to main in feed conveyor and arrives to the forming box. The wrapper is wrapped around the forming box. Fin seal at bottom is completed by three pair of rollers out of which one pair is for pre heating, second for heating and third for propelling purpose, which controls the wrapper around the periphery of the product. The crimping jaws makes cross sealing at two ends and separation, such packets are delivered to the out feed conveyor.
