White film on glass surfaces and staining on Water taps Increased laundry costs due to hard Water reacting with soap and laundry detergents. The Water Softening Plants are designed to produce treated Water to suit for various applications. Treated Water is of consistency quality with low residual hardness throughout the service cycle. The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ion with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions. After producing desired output, the resin is regenerated with (NaCI) Sodium Chloride solution after which unit is again ready to deliver next batch. The Water Softening Plant units are available with different models. The difference between these models is in the capacity of the resin used for each model. These units are easy to operate and maintenance free. These models are available to produce various capacities up to 200 Cu. Meters per hour maximum

We offer motorized operated fully automatic volumetric liquid filling machine. We have models starting from four head followed by six head, eight head, ten head and twelve head. In automatic machines, the bottles are loaded on conveyor manually at entry and all other processes of filling will be done automatically. There will a sensor at an entry to check the presence of bottle before filling starts. The operator needs to synchronize the speed of filling machine as well as the speed of the conveyor for a smooth and accurate operation with the help of variable speed drive. There are two bottle stoppers at entry and exit of the bottle which is pneumatically operated. These machines are provided with thunder pipes and in special case silicon pipes (for a hot product) and also Stainless steel pipes (for a solvent based product) to sustain longer life.

The DM Plants [Demineralisation Plants] are available in different sizes and materials, manually operated or fully Automatic, & ready to install & are available as standard models or custom built versions for specific needs.Operating Principle A Typical two-bed Demineralised Water plant or DM Plant consists of FRP/MS Rubber lined Pressure vessels connected in series along with its internal fittings. The first unit consists of high capacity strongly acidic cation exchange resin, which converts positive ions of salt and replaces them with hydrogen ions to form respective acids, which are absorbed in next vessel by strongly basic anion exchange resin. The water obtained by this process shows conductivity less than 30 µS / cm at 25°C. Further high purity water can be achieved by Mixed Bed Deionisers, which are designed to produce high purity treated water. They can be used as polishing units after two bed DM Plant to obtain high purity water. Mixed Bed Deionisers are single column units, filled with strongly acidic cation and strongly basic anion exchange resins mixed together. De-gasifiersDegassifier unit is a part of a DM Plant In which, we offer a full range of degassers to suit the packaged /custom-made Demineralisation Plants [DM Plants].
