Brassomatic Pressure Relief Valves have been designed for installation on pressure vessels containing gas and to provide positive instantaneous action with high volume discharge. All valves reach full volume within 10% of the setting. They are available with standard setting ranging from 100 psi to 650 psi. These valves are also available with special settings. The body is manufactured out of special brass with highly sensitive spring set at the desired pressure and sealed.   Size Available: ¼” to 1”

Brassomatic Angle Type Receiver Valves have forged brass bodies and protection caps. Packed two-way angle valve is of back seating type with forged brass body. Size Available: ¼” F x ¼” F x ¼” NPT/ 3/8” NPT or BSP inlet connection

Brassomatic Packed Line Globe Valves are equipped with seal caps and nylon gaskets. When inverted the wing type cap may also serve as operating stem with stainless steel spindle and Teflon seating. The globe valves are of back seating types with special Silicon gland packing and can be packed while the plant is in operation. Brassomatic charging cylinder is manufactured out of a special non ferrous alloy graduated cylinder. The graduations are marked for F-12 and F-22 gases separately. The cylinder has a capacity to hold 1.2kgs of liquefied gas. A purge valve on top allows for purging of air while filling. A pressure gauge is mounted on the cylinder indicates the pressure inside the cylinder. The level of the liquid inside the cylinder is indicated through a glass tube which is protected by an Acrylic cover. The charging cylinder is provided with suitable bracket for mounting. Gas Charging Station: Brassomatic Junior charging board is suitable for Freon 12 or 22 Refrigerant and is equipped with gadget shown below. Graduated gas charging cylinder – 1 kg capacity. The hose is constructed of tough, durable, reinforced neoprene. Coupling is free swivelling and will not kink or bend while tightening. Sealed gaskets in couplings will not blow or drop out, yet are easy to replace.

Brassomatic brass compression fitting is a 3-piece fitting consisting of body, nut and sleeve-furnished assembly. Sleeve is made of hardened brass and bites into outer surface of tubing assuring a tight joint even though surface of tube is rough. These fittings withstand severe vibration because of multiple points of tube support in the fitting. These are. At the back of the nut and the bevel of the sleeve. At the cutting end of the sleeve. Brassomatic replaceable Core Dry-all Filter Driers are made up of heavy duty steel shell, housed inside the Dry-all mounted porous filter cores. These provide maximum water capacity, excellent acid removal characteristics and the ability to remove the products of oil decomposition. A bolted end flange allows for simple and trouble-free installation.
