There is separate mandrel drive motor, 2 separate brush motor, main motor & suction blower is given for feed wedge, scrap & dust collector of cans while brushing.

RFM series are 4 ~ 8 axes, high precise and reliable spring forming machine. RFM series offers all the same features and benefits of the CSM series with the addition of servo controlled wire rotation system. The rotary wire and quill rotation system offer versatile use of the machine at high speeds with feeding precision & no direction limit. Servo control rotary wire mechanism rotates around the wire during its spring forming, this increases the forming capability over the 3 axes machine and also reduces the setup time.
