Vacuum forming is commonly simplified version of thermo forming wherein aThermoplastic sheet is heated to a forming temperature and then in contact With the mold, pressure is applied by applying vacuum and the shape as per Mould is achieved. Thermoformable sheets like ABS / HIPS / Gp – HIPS / PP / Polycarbonate /Acrylic / PVC / PET – G / HDPE / FR – ABS / UV STABILISED ABS can be Vacuum formed / Thermoformed on our machines in the thickness range of 0.2mm to 9 mm. We have semi automatic / Automatic  machines sizes from 2’ x 1’ to 8’ x 4’We can Draw Articles upto 1 & 1/2’ .Our machines have advance Features like Sandwich heating ,Pre – Blow systems & Plug Assist facility .
