Champion supplies all types of idlers for trouble free conveyor operations. The idlers are provided with sufficient quantity of servo grade grease and sealed for life. Special type bearing housing are made out of deep drawn quality steel sheets, idler rollers are made with ERW black tubes conforming to IS:9295. The out of roundness of the rollers will be within +- 0.5mm. Tubes are cut into required lengths and both ends are bored to required accuracy and to achieve concentricity.

The Champion Dewatering screen combines vibrating action with a variable sloping deck that removes substantially more water than static sieves. Yet, it is compact enough to replace static sieves with minimum change.Champion Dewatering screen is capable of reducing moisture content of fine coal slurry of -28 mesh from the 44.5% achieved with static sieves to 36%. Similar results are also achieved in dewatering other sizes of coal, crushed stone, sand and grave, potash, phosphate, iron ore, copper and other applications currently using static sieves.

The debris laden dirty fluid enters the strainer’s large bottom chamber where the line velocity gets reduced. Flow continues upward passing in a radial manner through the “sealed” screen element.Unwanted materials are trapped on the inside of the filter element screen. The fluid keeps getting filtered and comes out clean through the outlet nozzle. As the filter screen gets loaded with dirt, the differential pressure keep raising.There is hollow full flow backwash arm extending the full length of the filter element. This can rotate and is piped to atmosphere through a backwash valve.

Granular media can handle suspended solids up to 1000mgl and provide about 95% removal efficiency.
