Chemistik PU-60 has been specially developed from the very latest polyurethane technology and is designed to provide long term protection. It is supplied in two parts comprising resin and hardener. It is ideally suited for new and remedial work and for substrates like concrete, cementitious surfaces, asbestos, GI sheets, M.S. and all metals. Flat roofs : Is ideal for flat roofs where ponding of water may occur. Flexibility: It is highly flexible and can easily withstand normal expansioncontraction of surfaces. Seamless: It has no joints or laps which are often the cause of failure with sheet and built up waterproofing systems. Durable: Latest polyurethane technology provides excellent abrasion resistance and weathering hydrolysis. Adhesion: Excellent adhesion to almost all surfaces – concrete, metal etc. Easy application: Being two component, it is supplied in pre-weighted containers, and is easy to mix and use and requires relatively simple training and semi-skilled labour to apply.

It should be applied on dry and clean surfaces where moisture is not present. It can be applied with brush or airless spray. Chemistik EP GI 405 is a two component packed in two different containers. Stir both the containers thoroughly and separately and mix them in a specified proportion as given. If the primer requires thinning or if painting tools need cleaning, use EP THIN 200. All the equipments should be cleaned thoroughly after use.

EP-TAR 202 is a solvent based two-component product evolved by blending of coal tar, epoxy resins with modified amine hardener and solvents.As an anti-corrosive coating material for concrete, plaster, iron and sleel, especially suitable for sewage works. For eg. coating sewage pipes, sewage treatment plants, decomposition silos etc. Furthermore, also applicable as protective corrosion inhibitor coating material in hydraulic steel construction such as inhibitor coating for sluices, harbour installations, steel sheet pilling, bridges, bridge decks, cassions. Additionally,in ship-building as undercarriage coating.Excellent cold insulation material in underground construction, for use as a protective coating on main ballast tanks and internal sea water tanks in submarines, outer bottoms of cathodically protected ships, internal and external surfaces of vessels, steel docks, deep tanks, crude oil tanks, potable water tanks etc. It resists the penetration of fouling organisms.

For filling joints, cracks in masonry, concrete,crackseal terraces, concrete precast blocks, slabs, brick linings. For filling gaps between structure and alunminium sliding windows, wooden frames of windows, doors, baseboards etc. For joints of GICement pipes, GI pipes, ACGI sheets, gutters, flashings.
