The company traces its beginnings to Shri Madhubhai Choksi, Shri Narendra Choksi, and others who established CHOKSI JEWELS PVT. LTD in 1995 as wholesalers and retailers of fashion jewelry, women’s handbags, shoes and other novelties. The company started its retail store called "CHOKSI" at Kemps Corner in Mumbai, and after an astounding response opened other branches in Lokhandwala, Andheri. Mrs. Bhavna Choksi and Mr. Nikunj Choksi had also joined in as directors by then.
After years of steady growth the company undertook a review of strategic alternatives which ultimately led to the decision of a trendier brand name as well as opening up of more stores in the new malls through India. Thus the brand name changed to TWISTED and the emphasis was now laid on providing value-priced fashion jewelry and accessories to our customers
