Details : We offer class II biosafety cabinet that has a minimum inflow velocity of 75 ft/min. The filtered makeup air is divided equally over the work surface at about two to six inches above the work surface. Exhaust is drawn at the bottom of the cabinet where it rises to the top. At the top of the cabinet, 70% of the air recirculates through the supply HEPA filter, the other 30% of air exhausted through the exhaust HEPA filter. This is due to the relative sizes of the two filters, and dampers typically allow the adjustment of this ratio. Construction : Exterior will be made up of Mild Steel Powder coated & Inner made of stainless steel LM 304 grades Internal dimensions (L X W X D): 4X 2X2. ULPA filter (with 99.99% efficient at 0.3μm particles) will be installed as a main filter. HEPA filter (with 99.97% efficient at 0.3μm particles) with unit will be installed as an exhaustfilter. Pre-filter with unit two, 95% efficient at 5 microns As per class 100 environment Equipped with analog manometer. High efficiency UV light with strong germicidal power will be provided which will disinfect environment in 30 minutes. Unit fitted with gas and air connections plus electrical sockets for connections to external equipment. Front window will be made of tempered safety glass which enhances UV protection for operators. Fluorescent tube light & Counter balanced sliding glass door will be provided to ensure clear View of work area. Unit provided with castor wheels for ease of mobility. Unit is having specialized sound absorbing materials reducing noise significantly. Gas connection & 2 taps connection provide inside unit Unit fitted with independent ON / OFF switch for blower, fluorescent lamp & UV lamp with visual status indication. Unit will be provided with User manual along with relevant test certificate for S.S.LM - 304 & Calibration certificate. The unit will be manufactured in compliance to GMP standards. IQ, OQ, PQ along with the information manual will be provided with the instrument.
