The unit is provided with a hot air blower with consisting of suitable 3 H.P.440 V . 2800 RPM TEFC electric motor & centrifugal blower with damper delivering required CFM.The air is heated by means of suitable electric heater to give air at 30 to 90º with thermostat control and flexible hose pipe & control panel.The motor and gear box is mounted inside sturdy S. S. Angle Pipe frame and the pan mounted on the gearing housing fitted in the stand.

Used for coating of tablets/ granules. The pan is mounted in inclined position for effective coating. Unit is provided with suitable hot air blower to get desired temperature which can be controlled by thermostat. • Pan: Pan is provided with half round pipe tubular baffles welded inside the pan so as to generate tumbling action of tablets/pellets.

The coating pan basically consists of a pear shaper S.S. pan mounted on an angular structure. The pan is directly coupled to a suitable gear box. The gear-box and motor are coupled through a suitable belt driven assembly with 2 step pulley. The complete assembly is housed inside a suitable tubular framework with S.S. cladding. The complete assembly is provided with a hot air blower with electrical heaters for drying the sprayed solution. An electrical panel houses the various controls for the main drive, blower, digital temperature Granulation Line:- coating pan is a conventional system for film / sugar coating of tablets, capsules, peppermints, and similar other products. Coating Pan designed by keeping in mind needs of universal conventional coating requirements such as rotational speed, angle of inclination of pan, inside finish of pan, total volume, temperature of air and exhaust arrangement. Special Features : Coating Pan drive can be availabe with VFD for pan speed variation which required in both film as well as sugar coating. Spraying systems is also available with the unit. Polishing pan is made suitable on the same drive of coating pan drive. Hot air / Cold air blowing system is used for tablets. Model available in sizes 12", 24", 30", 42", 48", 60" and 72". Hot air blower system with mobile trolley and filter housing will be provided with TIC or PID type temperature controller for control of air temperature within the range of 50 degree C to 80 degree C. Hapa filter unit (optional ) can be provided along with inlet ducting lines. Other options such as FLP motor and panel, steam heating unit can be provided.
